1. Please explain the origin of the name your representative/famous brand.
The value of sake is not decided by the brewer. In different situations, sometimes its the retailer and sometimes its the staff at restaurants who decide its price. I also think the customers who drink the sake decide its value. The value of sake is not something the brewer can just make and be done with it. Ultimately, it is created and maintained by the people who like the taste and tell others. With this idea in mind, we named it "Zaku".

You can enjoy Zaku, along with select local cuisine at the "Amanemu", "Basara Tei", "The Earth" and "Shima Kanko" hotels in Shima and Toba, Mie Prefecture.
3. Please tell us your favorite pairing of food and alcohol.
Raw oysters topped with raw mango cut into 5 mm cubes. As well as A5-rank marbled Matsuzaka beef cut into bite sized pieces and grilled over coals until lightly browned, then seasoned with coarsely ground black pepper and topped with grated daikon radish and plenty of squeezed lemon. They all go well with Zaku Miyabi no Tomo Nakatori.
