Kudoki Jozu brews entirely ginjo-grade, creating demand for a world of incredible sake. Brewing under the "Kame no Ii" label when founded in 1875, the brewery closed temporarily during the mid-1900's, reopening following the end of the second World War. The label "Kudoki Jozu" was born in 1983, focusing entirely on ginjo-grade sake and developing the market in Tokyo. The brewery continues to explore and expand to this day.
